I’ve worked with some leading chefs and sommeliers and have a great appreciation of good food and wine. With my experience in event management - everything from small intimate dining experiences to dinners for 300 people and cocktail parties for 700, in a variety of locations, I can advise you in that area.

Prior to hospitality and event management, I did photographic and event styling. I will happily coach you on making the most of your wedding photographs – best angles, how to hold your bouquet, make-up for photography, and other tips. I’m happy to make suggestions on styling and provide recommendations for photographers, florists and other professionals to make your day so special.
